Refund policy
At Annaleicia’s Beauty Bar, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because many of our products are cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care items, we maintain the following return and refund policy for health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade or color selection, personal preference, or products that have been opened, used, or tested.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact Annaleicia’s Beauty Bar within 7 calendar days of the tracking delivery date.
Your request should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs and/or video showing the product, packaging, and damage or defect
Please keep the product and its original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Shipping & Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Annaleicia’s Beauty Bar is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Unauthorized Returns
Do not mail products back without contacting us first.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Our fulfillment partners should not be contacted directly regarding returns or refunds.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund has been processed, additional time may be required for your bank or credit-card provider to post the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the refund results from an error attributable to us.
